" You mean to tell me that even fooled an old man like you, those kids are something else." She pulls from his collar out a clay golem that looks a miniature person. "You have to be more careful around them its seems you are the one being tracked not them."

The man falls to knees and begs forgiveness.

"Rise, old man, I told I'm not like those others who abuse their subordinates plus its a gift he needs to figure out for himself." The green-haired beauty flash steps into the horizon.

Inside the Valley

The kids find that after entering the zone they are transferred into a valley. This valley is large with a river running down the middle on the right side is a forest as far as the eye can see. On the left is plains that stretch equally as far.

"Woo!" Daniel whistles in amazement.

"Yeah, I wonder what we will find here," Cho is taking a small walk around looking at all the flowers and bugs around them.

[CLANKS THE GROUND SHAKES A LITTLE]

Everyone stands close to one another as Rose forms a barrier using her Ice. Greta hears a familiar noise and says "Those are noises are similar to when I deactivate a trap but only much louder, do you think it sound like Diana?"

"I'm not sure but it is clearly not a natural sound it definitely mechanical in nature," Diana responds while poking Kwanda.

"Ah yes. Do you want to go check it? Quickly recon only thou please we are still not sure what's out there," Kwanda takes the lead and suggests a plan for them to follow through with. Everyone nods.

Immediately without even responding Cho and Greta move out. Greta is in the lead running ahead into the forest side of the valley where she thinks the noises came from, while Cho is about ten meters behind her.

They are quick and precise managing to avoid some humanoid looking monster in the canopy until they come across a deactivated trap. Greta analyses it the design is not one she has seen before so it is extremely cautious to not reactivate it.

From what she can determine these traps are older than the valley its self. "Cho is what kind of metal is this?" Greta takes out the firing mechanism which to her shook is immediately magically reconstituted.

The mana she feels is incredibly pure and subtle almost like a natural phenomenon.

"I'm not sure but it is high tensile steel, forged in the fire the distinct char patterns of mana in the steel are easily detected however this metal is also high mana conductive not like our steel that e use for weapons and construction." Cho's detailed analyses is thanks to her extensive experience with the company mines and forged.

Cho's Baby giant and her excellent talent have turned into possibly the best smith to exist in over three million years. Her advancement in mana steel is something Kwanda can only hope to imitate one day when he is stronger.

"lets had back but I'm going to walk you keep a lookout from the shadows please," Cho says to Greta who vanishes before her eyes.

Cho slowly walks back towards the group making sure to trigger the zone that should activate the traps. They still avoid the monsters in the canopy on the way back to the fortress.

"I think our arrival triggered something that was supposed to happen," Cho says to her company mates.

Dani asks "what makes you say that what did you guys find."

With a cheeky smile, Cho flicks the firing pin at them "This is what we found, I believe all the traps in the valley deactivated once we entered because we meet the requirements of being in this place. Im also pretty sure that old man and others have tried to enter this place for many years and have been repelled by the monster and traps. I think this place is meant for us."

Dani then says " Made for us for what reason and what did the entrance mean when it read Here there be Dragons. What makes you so much at ease?"

"Nothing really but you of all people should be able to sense it right you know this place is different," Cho says to Dani. Cho is folding her arms she doesn't understand why Dani is becoming more agitated as the conversation keeps going.

"that's why I don't like this place the stars are not in the correct place for one. This whole area feels safe like nothing can hurt its basically perfect. Which is really unnatural it is making my skin crawl." Dani is able to detect the mana laws holding this place together. While she is unable to read the walls of space itself. The fact she can already tell what it is meant for is a huge achievement.

Daniel asks Dani, "what do you mean unnatural? This whole valley is basically a paradise." He lifts his arms pointing at all around him.

Dani responds by saying "Think about I'm sure its a great place to rest but if you stay here in paradise you would eventually lose your talent and become dull. Life outside this space is a challenge everything is about survival. I don't just mean the battles. All combat is meaningless in a place with infinite resources like here. You don't need to hunt or eat in his place what would drive to achieve anything if you never feel hunger."

Greta says "We need to find our way out from this place is probably a honey pot."

Daniels says "A what?POT?"

"While I was investigating the trap the pin I removed the mana in this place is replenished by those who trapped here that explains how it can be powered for so long without any artificial source," Greta says to the group.

"I think I understand what's going on here let's get moving, Cho if you be so kind I want to save my mana for what's up ahead Dani you will support and Greta will keep a lookout. I want us to head for the middle of the valley we will climb the highest mountain there and get a good look around plus if they are really are Dragons I think we would find them there." Kwanda says to his company

For the first time, Rose and Diana calmly ready themselves even Daniel is preparing for battles. Then suddenly Cho Jumps at the tree line dropping three creatures. Monkey with long tails and Golden fur. Two of the three are struggling to get up. The third is kicked to death with a kick form Cho. It is the power of the blow, not its speed that shatters the body of the monkey.

The other two she quickly steps killing them also they all turn into vapour leaving behind a token that Reads "Apex Valley."
