Avalon Reincarnated

Kwanda is the first one up, the sky is at its darkest as it is just before dawn. He is up even before Wendy as the lounge with all his kit is empty and everyone stuff is still there. Wendy had made adventure kits for each of them.

He started making his preparations for the hunt as he had been taught in school, he laid everything out that he had been given it was easy to see which kit is his because of the small suit of leather hanging on the rack. Like the rest of his family he had to do this because the items from the ring were not something he could use.

The since most of the stuff in the ring was written in a language he could not read he wasn't sure of their functions. He had tried to experiment with things that look sort of familiar like the potion bottles. One potion that had the same yellow glow of an antidote potion, when he poured it into a vile of poison instead of it neutralizing the poison it caused the whole mixture to explode. So for the moment all the items in their are off limits until he can understand them.

In front of him he had a weapon that the doctor had been trying to find for about as long as Kwanda had been around. He had told Kwanda that with the way his power is growing a special type of magic weapon would by best for him. The types of magic weapons available are those generally used by wizard like a bladedwand, the wizard that uses it provides the elemental energy that allows it to shoot out the different kind of elemental spells like a inferno. Powerful warriors use a magic weapon with a mana core which in turn is powered by an artificial core that can be implanted into the warrior or worn on the body. Final type of magic weapon is made of core entirely only this type of magic weapon hyper accelerates mana, this allows the blade to be incredibly sharp and also shoots out similar to lightning bolt, the it is rare because their are not mana willing use this weapon as it draws a lot of mana to use simply spells much like Ion weapons. High Eleven warlords refuse to use them at all because they say that it can take up six time mana to cast a spell when using this kind of magic weapon. This is especially useful for people like Kwanda high power low control.

It is not that Kwanda is unable to control his power its that's it's been growing at a much higher than anyone expected. Wendy and the Doctor had a conversation about it to him when he asked about the ion weapon his friend carriers, while serving a similar function it is most used to purify mana. Kwanda purity in mana being what it is means that an ion weapon would be insufficient.

Next to his potions his new weapon, a magic short spear with an edge that runs from tip to stomp. In fact it could easily be confused as single edge short sword. He also had a few parchment and magic cards. His suit was already made up polished and ready a green, brown and red three pieces leather suit. He packed everything away in his ring, he had created a new page so that he doesn't touch the ring goods. After he was done it was already close to seven in the morning.

He ran out of his room, everyone was at the hall were they had the banquet last night all except Thando and Wendy. "Where is she? Aren't we suppose to leave soon?" It had been a long while since he had been this excited about anything, he really lived for this, it reminded him of home it was his favourite thing in all the nine bells to do, adventure be it books, videos games, trail walking it is entirely part of his soul.

"She is still busy with mom, you know about that thing with her head." Liza said as she was still making alteration to the sleeves of her suit.
