The military wore an armour set that was from fitting, with a simple fabric over it. It was quite eye catching. The only way to tell if anyone was army, navy or air force was their badge.

The army had the a ratel, the navy an Island-Turtle and the air a Cosmodian Dragon.

The whole carriage ride had taken less than an hour to arrive at the Rectagon which is quite the distance away. The Gila monsters pulling the carriage were really fast. The steps leading to the entrance had names written into them. The building up close was imposing as it stood taller and unusually broad. A strong mana coming from its walls.

Sibongile, Wendys' assistant had been waiting outside. She informed them of the days schedule, the plump lady carried herself with an air of seriousness, She was however friendly as she would greet everyone on the way in even the civilian staff. Wendy also told the story again, to the staff that was unlucky enough to greet Wendy and her cute son.

Wendy's office was stacked full of files the only spot, free from the files is the rack behind were a picture of her family stands. Kwanda even saw the picture she took the day of the she gave him the Shape shifter.

In her office next to her treasured Noell tree, Wendys' boss, Minister Lamar was already sitting in her chair, in her office. She immediately saluted and said "As per your command I have brought my son for, tes..review."

Kwanda a was taken to a room with Wendy close behind him, She observed everything at one point scolding a doctor for being to careless with the blood test. The one on one interview Kwanda enlightened the doctor to his condition at the time and was really of no help.

The rest results surprised all the doctors his mana scores were some of the highest they have ever tested EVER!

One of the doctors who knew that Kwanda was adopted, made an error in judgement and thought he could persuade Wendy to allow them to, as he put it "detain the boy, and unlock the secrets of his body."

Wendy simply refused the doctor, and informed the minister that he was done with testing. She then took him for a tour of the facilities to the total dismay of Sibongile who had to try and stop her from revealing classified materials to a child.

The doctor later found himself transferred to the Cinnderland base, were he would be in charge of the mud bear breeding program.
