A Traveler's Legend: Leisurely Living My Life In A Normal World

After Shin was transferred to this world, he never gained his past memories until he was at the age of 4. After receiving it, he was quite shocked that he has been living in Heaven.

He was quite puzzled by this as he was never an Angel. All of the people who lives here are Angels and he is the only exception. Well, turns out that the Seraphs only agreed because of Gabriel.

It seems that the most beautiful woman in Heaven was his backing. And, being a baby, they allowed him to live in heaven for a period of time. Being the kind hearted creatures that they are, they can't bear to drive away a child. Of course, that's not the only reason that Shin was allowed to be an exception.

Aside from Gabriel backing him up and him being still young, they also allowed him because of his monstrous talent in holy magic. Letting him be taught by the church which is also full of moles and traitors is something that they don't want to risk.

Thus, they decided to let him stay here until his studies in the Angel School is over. They thought that it would be better to let the child stay in Heaven where the security is better than in the church.

These days, the Seraph Gabriel would often come and visit the Tenma house. She is fond of the two children, Gabrielle White Tenma and Shin Flammia Tenma. She would often pamper them by petting them and cuddling with them when she have the time.

Sometimes, whenever she sneaks out of Heaven to play at the mortal world, she would bring Shin along with her. Heck, she would often drag Griselda and Zelel with her antics, too. Thus, because they know that she would always find a way to sneak out, they just followed her.

Both of them were quite worried since she also started to bring Shin with her. If they were to let her roam around unattended, who knows what trouble might crop up. Even Michael, the new leader of Heaven, agreed on their sentiments.

In their 'journeys', Shin met quite a lot of famous people. There's the Adagaki Family, a big family that can be considered to be 'filthy rich'. Hoshino Family, a family that Gabriel introduced as one of her long time friend. It seems like she's friends with the family's mother.

They also went to the Vatican in Rome. Sister Griselda was the one to introduce him there, making Shin acquainted with Dulio Gesualdo and with the hulking old man named Vasco Strada. The old man was even laughing quite happily while saying that the boy can come to him if he wants to learn swordsmanship.

Shin understood what he meant by that as he nodded in agreement. It seems that Vasco Strada saw that his talent with the holy power is great and because of that, he wanted to teach him some tricks that he knew. In truth, he was shocked to see this much talent on this little boy but he just stayed silent.

The fact that the little boy is being brought around by the Seraph Gabriel, Vasco knew that this little guy will play a role in Heaven in the future. The fact that Griselda Quarta and Zelel White Tenma is following them proves that, aside from protecting Gabriel, they also wanted to protect the little kid.

Aside from those happenings with the Seraph Gabriel, Shin also met new friends here that he seems to be familiar somehow. After some thought, he finally remembered that they were the characters from an anime that he knew in his past life.

After knowing of this, he decided to slowly teach these girls about the human world. In his mind, he thought that if they knew about it beforehand, Gabrielle wouldn't have become a 'Faillen Angel'. Tapris who knew about technology and Raphiel who is from a rich family didn't get too hooked on technology like Gabrielle. So, he figured that it has something to do with knowledge.

So far, he has been bonding with the girls just fine. All of them admired Shin because of his 'vast' knowledge about the human world, despite being a kid like themselves. Being the innocent children that they were, they believed Shin's white lie about knowing about it through some kind of source.

The system didn't sound any alarm at this since what he said was the 'truth' in a way. The girls enjoyed the stories that he told them. Stories such as Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, Puss in Boots, among other things like some fables made them hooked on it.

Especially when they heard about the cat in boots who has impeccable swordsmanship. Well, what they said weren't admiration about his great swordsmanship but...

"Eeehh~, there's such a cute cat!? I wanna see it! I wanna pet it!" Tapris said.

"That's right, Shin! Let's go get it in the human world! I will ask Mom if we can take care of it!" Gabrielle said.

"Un! Let's go, Shi-chan! I will ask my butler, Sebastian, to guide us through the human world!" Raphiel said, trying to go back to their house to call her butler.

"Wait, wait, wait, wait! Stop, Raphi-chan! We can't go out like that! Big Sis Zelel and Big Sis Griselda will get mad at us, you know?" Shin said.

When Raphiel, Gabrielle, and Tapris heard those names, their excitement died down. They're even slightly shivering! It seems like they're scared of those two.

'Well, Big Sis Griselda and Big Sis Zelel is quite strict so it's a given that they'll be scared,' Shin thought.

He then beckons for them to come sit near him as he gave each of them a tight hug and a pat on their heads.

"There, there. We will be able to go to the human world once we graduate in the Angel School so don't be impatient. When we get there, we will buy many cute animals for all of you to take care of, okay?" Shin said, trying to soothe them.

If not, they will burst into tears. These girls are still kids so they are still crybabies.

"Okay, Shi-chan. Once we get to the human world, we will buy all of the cute animals there!" Raphiel said with fire in her eyes.

"You're planning to build a zoo or something?" Shin asked with a wry smile.

"Un, un! I agree with big sister Raphi! I will make a... umm... cell... phone? That's right! I will make a cellphone to identify those cute animals in the future!" Tapris said.

Her dream in the future was to be a great inventor. Hence her declaration. As for Gabrielle? Well, she have a contented smile while rubbing her head onto Shin's hand. She was the last one that Shin is trying to pamper so she's enjoying it right now and have no d.e.s.i.r.e to express her wishes right now.

"My, my, it looks like our family's Gab-chan is enjoying her time with Shin-kun~," Murielle said.

She's here to invite them to eat lunch. She's already used to seeing her daughter be pampered by her adopted son, despite her being slightly older than him.

Hearing her mother's voice, Gabrielle stood up with a slight jerk and said,

"Lunch!? Let's gooo~!"

She dragged her best friend, Raphi, with her while running off with an excited look on her face. Her mother just looked at her daughter with a smile on her face as she said,

"Oh my, it looks like she still don't understand those kinds of things. Maa, nevermind. Shin-kun, Tap-chan, let's go?"

"Yes, Mom! Let's go Tap-chan. Want me to piggy back you?" Shin asked.

The little girl seems to be quite tired after their game of tag so Shin offered to carry her.

"Un! Piggyback! Let's go, Shin-oniisama!" Tapris said.

She had a happy smile on her face as she climbed up Shin's back and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Goo~! Let's follow Gab-oneesama and Raphi-oneesama!" Tapris said while pointing her index finger to the now far away girls.

"Alright, hold on tight, okay?" Shin said before running off.

"Kyaaaaa! Kyahahaha!"

Bell-like laughter was heard after Shin ran off. Murielle, who has been watching them from the side, couldn't help but smile and shake her head repeatedly. Later, she saw Raphiel and Gabrielle clung onto both of his arms while walking towards their nearby house.

"Oh my, it looks like my son will grow up to be quite the sinful one~. They're still kids right now but..." she said while looking at the four kids.

"Maa, what will happen, will happen. It's their life after all~. I'm just here to guide them as an a.d.u.l.t~," Murielle said before following the four kids.

In the dining room of the Tenma Family, Shin Flammia Tenma, Gabrielle White Tenma, Tapris Sugarbell Chisaki, Raphiel Ainsworth Shiraha, Zelel White Tenma, Murielle White Tenma, Daniel White Tenma, and The Seraph Gabriel is eating lunch. None paid any mind to the Seraph being here as they have been numb already at her sudden visits.

Even Tapris and Raphiel was not an exception to this. This has been a normal occurrence inside the Tenma house. Even Griselda would often eat lunch here.

"By the way, Shin-kun. How's your practice on controlling holy energy going?" Gabriel suddenly asked.

She, one of the Four Great Seraphs, often taught Shin and the other little girls about holy power. Right now, she wanted to know how much progress did her student have these past months.

"*munch* *gulp*. It's going fine, Big Sis Gabriel! You said to me to create different shapes to it, right?" Shin asked with a happy smile on his face.

"That's right. It's one of the fundamentals of using our energy. Holy energy or holy power can be used in multiple ways. If your imagination is great, you will be able to perform different tricks on it! Majority of Angels just use this power to transform it into weapons, since it's the most effective way to deal damage," Gabriel explained.

"Mm, I was able to create a dragon with it, you know!? Look!" Shin said excitedly.

Even after Shin got back his memories of the past, he was apathetic when it comes to all of it. It's probably because of him experiencing a new life before regaining his memories but he doesn't view the 'him' in his past memories as the same person as the 'him' now.

As a result, Shin became a 5 years old child who would sometimes act m.a.t.u.r.e but would completely act like a child at times. This is a perfect example of that scenario. After he was successful on forming a dragon with his holy power, he couldn't wait to brag about it to others.

When Shin said, 'Look', he started to form something that resembles a dragon that he met a few years back. It's in its mini form as he can't form something so large.

When the little girls saw it, they were amazed.

"Oohh~. Shin-oniisama, A-MA-ZING!" Tapris exclaimed.

"Waahhh, dragon~! You're so awesome, Shin!" Gabrielle said.

"It's really a dragon! How awesome!" Raphi said.

Only the little girls reacted that way, though. The a.d.u.l.ts, on the other hand, is frozen stiff. They stared at the dragon that Shin conjured using his holy power in mute amazement. A few seconds later, Gabriel finally recovered.

"T-That, you did a good job, Shin-kun!" Gabriel said in an attempt to hide her shock.

Inwardly, she is thinking about how much of a genius Shin is.

'Shin-kun can make a dragon using his imagination and control of holy power! What talent!' she thought.

Meanwhile, the other members of the Tenma Household just smiled wryly after their initial shock. They've already heard about Shin's stories that he tells to the girls so they knew that Shin's imagination is great. They even saw him playing with balls made of holy power at times.

"L-Looks like Shin-kun is such a little genius!" Murielle praised.

Daniel and Zelel, on the other hand, muttered under their breaths while smiling wryly,

"It seems that I have to train harder to retain my dignity as the father of this family," Daniel said.

""It seems that I have to train harder in order to retain my dignity as the great onee-sama," Zelel said.

Despite them trying to keep it down, one person heard their murmurs. It was Shin. After getting back his memories, he also learned about his heritage and how overpowered they are.

Heck, he can even practice without holding back because of his ridiculous recovery speed. There's a time when he wants to see how he looks like in his Mystical Elemental Fox God form so he tried looking at it in secret. After seeing his fox ears, fox tails that are golden in color at its tip, and the pupils which turned into vertical slits, Shin became quite dumbfounded.

After eating lunch while talking about trivial things, they finally dispersed. The kids went outside to once again play, while the a.d.u.l.ts went in their own ways to continue what they were doing.

A few months passed with Shin's daily routine being as follows: Waking up, Cleaning himself, Eating breakfast, Play with the little girls, Eat lunch, Practice his holy power control, Play with the girls, Eat dinner, More practice, Sleep, then rinse and repeat.

Gabriel never visited them during this time. According to his father, she's busy dealing with some problems. He was never told the specifics as he is 'still a child', or so he said.

This day, he is playing with the girls once again. They can play all they want since their education would only start a year later. This is the period when parents allow their children to play to their hearts content.

While they were playing, a smiling blonde woman descended from the skies and said,

"Shin-kun, wanna come with me, Zelel, and Griselda?"
