A Curious Case Of Mobs Extra

When I woke up, The first thing I did is trying to remember how many free days left I have in my free time. I already used a day of my free week to do some thinking and refining the scheme. By my count, I seem to have around three days left of free week and I plan to use it wisely. I plan to start my day with a hearty breakfast. There seem to be a plain rice leftover from last night, so I decided to cook a bowl of fried rice. Maybe something spicy and oily to wake me up.

Yesterday marks the first time I used the fire stove at my house and I instantly fall in love with it. I plan to use it again today, it's similar to a Chinese stove that blast fire for a quick Chinese cooking method. I set up the fire intensity and start heat up the wok.

I start by throwing the ingredients such as oils, garlic, chilies, diced chicken cuts, crushed shallots, some small size anchovies, a little bit of salt, a salty dilute soy sauce, and a little bit of tomato sauce. All of those ingredients thrown inside the wok to be stir-fried. When all of those ingredients cooked, I throw the leftover rice into the wok. You can tell the difference between cook and uncooked base flavoring ingredients with the smells. The aromatic smell will rise in the air when it's cooked perfectly. I taste the base and adjust the saltiness and spiciness a little bit more to my liking. I turn down the fire on the stove a little and mix the rice with all the initial ingredients.

When the mixture turn well, I crack an egg and pour it alongside the wok to let it cook a little bit. While waiting for the egg to cooks. I cut some Chinese cabbage and throw it in the wok too. I mix the rice, the cabbage, and the eggs again until all of them blended well. I give it a few more mixing and serve it on a large bowl. The fried rice seems too much to be eaten just this morning. I look like I finished cooking my lunch too. Maybe I can roast some chicken to eat alongside the fried rice for lunch. To compliment my fried rice, I prepared two sunny sides up egg, I like my egg to have a runny yolk so I can let it flow down like hot lava onto my steaming hot and spicy fried rice.

I have a lot to be done today. I plan to kickstart Lei family and my joint venture, supervising the workers for my new chicken coop and many more. However, for now I intended to enjoy my first fried rice in this world.

As expected, the deliciousness is several times more than the old earth. Man, I love this world. I'm going to be a fat cultivator at this rate. I should ask Lei Peng a technique to stay slim and fit even though I eat so many tasty foods in the future.

I always wonder why a lot of cultivation novels before rarely focused on culinary skills. If you eat, just do it moderately. Don't eat until you can't do anything after. If you finding a great woman, don't be a playboy playing the maiden and milf heart like a plaything. If you have harem, maybe three or four is enough. Just be sure to not do injustice toward them. If you have hobbies, don't spend all your time and wealth into them. Hobbies function in this life is to make a variable, not to made it constant. Therefore, moderation is important in enjoying life, so does to enjoy the life itself. Stopping yourself from enjoying life is never healthy for your life quality and your mental health. It's unnatural and damaging to yourself.

Therefore, if you immortal or having a f.u.c.k.i.n.g long life, enjoy it. However, never forget to enjoy it in moderation, don't overindulge during you worldly consumptions. Taking a path of extremism is never a good thing.

Yesterday, Lei Peng and I discussing the best possible method to tackle the monopoly part of the blue cat eye grass supply chains in the sky crow sect. After some back and forth, we conclude that it is impossible to do just that.

Although, what we can do is to create a shortage for them in a short time frame. Roughly, less than a month, around 3 weeks of shortage to be exact after the recipe went public. Since the grass only needs a little bit over two weeks to grow back into a.d.u.l.thood, the best we could do is to create a temporary shortage for the herbs.

Among 835 island in this sect, there is roughly a minimum of three villages for the natives. The villages from the tenth island until 500ish island can already be called a small town. There is somewhere around three to four thousand villager on that small town, the level 1 adventurer is quite common there. We decide to pay the level 1 adventurer to harvest the grass. Hiring a.d.u.l.ts or higher level adventurer to harvest the grass will cost more and quite overreach.

There are still loopholes that we overlooked for sure, but we can't know what the problems will arise if we never does it. So, after some lengthy discussion. We agree to just do it first and solve any problems arises later.

Plant is a unique resource in the cultivation world, there is abundance availability for them. Those people was hired to act as a pick-up man at the island mission hall too. At 50 Rivs per kilo, it will attract some people that a little bit desperate for the money to do it.

To increase the Level 1 adventurer, we urge several orphanages around the village to register their members as a level 1 adventurer. We also promise to buy from them too if they can collect the Blue Cat Eye Grass as per our standard. I promise myself to pay all the orphanage ten percent of the profit after the scheme complete since I feel a little bit guilty exploiting them like that.

Lei Peng acquired for me a phone for communicating between me, the orphanage and the natives' mission hall. I'm lucky because from island 700 until island 835, there is no orphanage. Most orphans send into an orphanage at lower numbers island and I need to interact with the mission hall only.

The meeting for the mission hall goes longer than expected. I only finish the meeting with the village's mission hall for 40 islands late into the evening. There is Two-third left from the list of meeting for me. It gonna take me another two days to complete it. Most of the meeting time used to convince the village elder to accept my proposals. Convincing them to hired the teen adventurer is the most hardest thing to do. I required to explain to them that hiring young teens as a part-time job is not a child labor exploitation.

As an adventurer, the village entitled 20% of its members ' earning. 10% for the village coffer, and 10% for that adventurer's retirement savings. The sect also calls them warriors because most of the natives of this world capable of wielding the mana too. They are limited to manipulating mana internally only, a direct opposites with cultivators that can exploit and shape mana at the outside of their own body.

The price for a kilogram of the harvested grass sets at 50 Rivs. I agreed with the village elders to start picking the harvest every three days. The situations were a little bit different on the island 831 though. The construction of the drying silo starts yesterday. Bob the grocer and Bob the builder proposed to me to built a modified drying silo. They tried to explained to me how it works, but I just ignore it since even in the first sentences, I can't understands it already. I still know how to operate the machine and how to set up the grass though. The silo will be complete today and by the look of it, they do just that.

I already hired twenty personnel to start the drying process, the first harvest of 831 islands will be picked up this evening for silo and grinder testing. I ordered the leader to orders the workers to pick up the harvest at the village mission hall. It took them sometimes since there is already more than a dozen crate of grasses to pick up. They need to come back to the warehouse and pick up the carriage to carry the crates. Those each three village elders, waiting for me with a wide smile. If each of their harvest is this big, I need to pick up the time table and start gathering the harvest sooner for my 135 island.

In the next two days, the grass gathering went on full throttles. I finally acquiesced and bought 3 magical carriages to cart the crates containing the grass from one island to another. I also spend quite the cost to buy the cargo right on the train. We need to embark on the central station first and then return to the 831 island. On the third day, a flying content can be seen going in and out from the island 831. Lei Peng decided to charter a transportation company because the volume is too big. By the end of the week, all operation problems were solved and the acquisition flow smoothly after some kinks and ch.i.p.s were fix. It took me two weeks, but I finally made our future business venture stable enough for me to solely focus on my newfound cultivation that has been starting for a week and a half already.

The drying and grinding process run smoothly too. I ordered with the Bobs another silo and the second grinder for the warehouse. I also increase the worker around half to increase the production capacity. Even though the grass is quite cheap, the machinery is quite expensive and so does the labor. It seems quite expensive to just abandon the grass powder production after the scheme is completed. Maybe I should keep doing it even the monopoly is gone enough. I should propose continuing the venture to Lei Peng after the monopoly ended. The profit margin will surely plummet, but the fixed cost is basically zero at that time.

Wait! if I proposed to continue the venture, I surely involving myself with their future dramatic life, the possibility of dying is high. Although, if the risk is high, the reward must be worth it.

Yep, she's certainly hot-headed since she just throws a duster at me. Do I avoid it or not? That is a very philosophical question. Man, I wish there are some guidelines on how to tackled those characters in this type of situation. This is her third time, throwing the duster at me, I avoid the first two. Did the plot just raise me into the main character or side characters? Hope the universe still holding me firmly on the promise to be a mob's extra character with benefits.

Wait! how come the is no notification even though I was sat in front of him for nearly two weeks already. I need to read the notification is my thoughts before I blackout. I have no regrets because I passed out suffocating in bliss and quite severe blood loss from the cliche nosebleeds. Well, at least I finally started the cultivation.
